I have been an active attorney in California for the past 22 years including publishing and speaking in the areas of commercial and business law (contracts, insurance coverage, products liability, partnership disputes, real estate, landlord/tenant law including cannabis tenancies, etc.) For the past 9 years I have been the founder and president of my own law firm.

For the past 3 years, I have also consulted for and advised startups in the areas of psychedelics and mental health.
