Jessie Allen

Jessie Allen is the Managing Director of GRAMMY U, the Recording Academy’s membership program for emerging music creators and professionals pursuing a career in music. Jessie got her start at the Academy as a student representative herself, then as the Senior Project Manager for the Florida Chapter before moving into her current role. She leads a team which includes GRAMMY U Representatives across the nation to present events, mentorship experiences, and special programs that touch on all facets of the industry, including business, technology, and the creative process. Jessie is the vocalist & guitarist in her band, Snowmoon, and graduated with a Bachelor of Music from the University of Miami, where she majored in Music Business & Entertainment Industries.
