Theo Feldman
Theo Feldman is the Chief of Staff at Buser Legal in New York City, where he leads operations and strategic advisory for a premier entertainment law firm representing top talent globally in music, sports, and multimedia. With over a decade of experience in the music industry, Theo is a seasoned entrepreneur who has made significant strides as both an executive and a founder.
Theo began his entrepreneurial journey in his freshman dorm at Drexel University, where he founded a full-service artist management company. Shortly after graduation, he launched a sister venture by establishing an independent record label in partnership with Sony Music Entertainment. The artists he has supported over the years have collectively garnered over 500 million streams, resonating with passionate fans worldwide and earning features in flagship editorial verticals and major publications like Rolling Stone, Variety, Billboard, Forbes, and TIME. He continues to manage artists to this day, guiding their careers with a focus on sustainability and cultural impact.
In 2023, Theo spearheaded the launch of a Webby-nominated artist accelerator program at TIDAL, designed to bolster musical collaboration and creative knowledge exchange. This initiative enables artists to grow, thrive, and build their careers with purpose and confidence.
In 2024, Theo was inducted into The Recording Academy, named one of Drexel University’s 40 Under 40 Honorees, elected to their Board of Governors, and served as a Music Mentor and Speaker at SXSW.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Theo is a Certified Travel Advisor for the entertainment industry, bringing a unique blend of expertise to assist both career-focused individuals and creative professionals.
