Jess Marley
Jess was born and raised in Syracuse, New York and is a graduate of Ringling College of Art and Design's Computer Animation program. Moving to California shortly after graduation, he began his career at a small graphics boutique in Culver City as their 3D generalist. After years of freelancing at various studios and shops around LA, he partnered with Tree Media in creating graphics for a variety of climate change shorts and documentaries. In the spring of 2016, he joined Halon as a previs animator/artist. Working on such titles such as Ride Along 2, War for the Planet of the Apes, Pacific Rim: Uprising, Logan, and The Call of the Wild; until taking on a more specialized role as Halon's Senior Supervisor of their Virtual Art Department. Since it's birth, he has worked on titles like Red Notice, Disney's Pinocchio, The Batman, Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, and a variety of commercials and real-time events. He currently resides in Playa Del Rey with his wife Jennie, two sons Cooper and Owen, and their dog Su.
