Laura Haykel

With over 20 years of experience in new business development, I specialize in blending practical strategies with strong intuition to drive growth. I'm passionate about empowering others and building lasting, mutually beneficial relationships. Throughout my career, I’ve partnered with companies across various industries, providing comprehensive business development solutions—from coaching and auditing sales processes to developing strategies, materials, and systems that help organizations thrive. I also excel at connecting my clients with their ideal prospects, enabling them to secure new business and form long-term partnerships. Over the years I’ve also enjoyed mentoring professionals on marketing, networking and sales. 

Beyond business, I’ve released eight original songs, performed on stages nationwide, and hosted and produced the ‘Ignite Intimacy’ podcast. I’ve had the honor of being a featured speaker at TEDxBuffaloWomen and have worked in music, film, and television production. 

On a personal note, I’m a mom, a Grandma, West African dancer, cookie baker, music lover, and world traveler with a passion for global cultures.
