Ceo Founder & Director
Scaffold Education

I am American, but I have been in Brazil since 1996. I am passionate about education, technology, entrepreneurship and innovation. Besides my degree in
pedagogy in Brazil, I have a degree as an economist from the University of California (UCSB) and an MBA from the IESE School of Business in Barcelona.

My resume also includes several international courses on education, technology
and innovation, including: Harvard University; the Center for Advanced Research
on Language Acquisition (CARLA) at the University of Minnesota, among others. I
was a director and currently I am a member of the family council of Lwart Soluções
Ambientais, where I led the family governance process and now I hold the position
of president of the FBN (Family Business Network-Brazil).

I have worked with major companies such as Apple, HP and Banco de Colombia. In
2008, I founded an innovative bilingual school in Brazil, FourC Bilingual Academy,
where I am the Director and founder. In 2016, I created Scaffold Education, a
technology company applied to corporate learning, where I am the co-founder
and CEO. I also founded and I am the president of Instituto LideraJovem, a civil
society organization (CSO) that currently mobilizes 1,500 young people a year
through projects, impacting more than 20,000 people.

I am also a member of the Women of Brazil Group and one of the 50 founders of
the Dona de Mim Fund, as well as a member of the BR Angels - the Women in
Councils group - and I also act as a councillor on Family Talks and in municipal
committees focusing on public policies.
