Anja Osterhaus
Before becoming Executive Director of Reporters Without Borders (RSF) Germany, Anja Osterhaus was head of program work at Oxfam Germany. Previously, she worked in the international secretariat of Transparency International, where she was responsible for whistleblower protection. Osterhaus lived and worked in Brussels for several years, where she headed the office of the international fair trade movement, among other things. At the turn of the millennium, she was involved in founding a network at the Kairos Europa association, which later became the globalization-critical organization Attac. Osterhaus studied Political Science in Berlin and Mexico City.
