I am a passionate advocate for innovation, impact, and entrepreneurship, with over 20 years of expertise in sustainability. Currently, I am a founder and CEO of Flow.Ers, a hub for impact-driven solutions that creatively and innovatively regenerate life and business in Brazil. Before dedicating myself to impact-driven initiatives, I spent more than 15 years as a marketing leader in both national and global companies and agencies. Today, I bring together individuals from diverse sectors to develop initiatives where technology, scientific evidence, and government can collaborate to address large-scale socio-environmental challenges. Among my accomplishments, I had led over 200 projects across Brazil and Latin America, spanning various causes such as education, health, entrepreneurship, water, biodiversity, urban mobility, diversity, equity and inclusion, the future of work, circular economy, human rights, decarbonization, and more. My academic background and specializations include Social Communication, Business Strategy, Sustainability, Women on Corporate Boards, Technology, and Contemporary Leadership.
