Charles Baronette

Charles during his career worked across different fields and industries developing a unique skill set. At IBM, Charles worked as a technology business consultant giving strategic advice to Fortune 500 companies, while generating +750K worth of new business, at the Department of Energy, Charles worked across different stakeholder teams managing a multi-million dollar Pega implementation resolving business process issues with executive stakeholders, and currently at Salesforce, Charles has generated over 15M dollars in new revenue by strategically crafting value narratives to support sales initiatives but despite his success generating revenue for his employers Charles has always figured himself as a technical storyteller. 

Charles's core focus has been highlighting technology's value to an organization. Charles’s passion for tangible value expands into his community work. Charles in the past has worked with the Habitat for Humanity and Autin Urban Technology Movement to help support low-income housing and career services for those looking to enter the tech industry. As a proud University of Texas Alumni, Charles supports the university through mentoring, both potential and current UT students.
