Trevor Russo

I have spent the past five years as the Co-Founder & COO of Xebec, a remote work laptop accessories brand based in Austin, TX and home of the original Tri-Screen. After growing up in Austin, I graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in Finance. I then spent five years in NYC as a Consultant at Protiviti and Deloitte, focusing on strategy & operations for financial institutions.
While traveling frequently for work, my co-founder and I recognized the need for a better portable monitor solution. This led us to develop Xebec’s flagship product, the Tri-Screen, which we launched in 2019. We bootstrapped the business with a focus on profitable growth and have since expanded our product lineup from one to fourteen offerings.
As the COO, I run the business’ operations including fulfillment, reverse logistics, finance & accounting, customer experience, and internal operations. In my free time I love spending as much time as I can on the lake, traveling, enjoying live music, and exploring everything Austin has to offer with friends and family.
