Ashley Esper

Ashley Esper serves as the Executive Vice President of Marketing at Fine Fettle, a leading cannabis company with dispensaries and manufacturing facilities. Fine Fettle operates over a dozen retail stores on the East Coast, maintaining 22% market share in Connecticut, and holding one of six medical cannabis licenses in Georgia.

Ashley joined the cannabis industry in 2017 after a series of medical challenges sparked her interest in alternative medicine. She left her corporate job and became the second employee and only female executive at one of the first medical and adult-use cannabis companies in Massachusetts. Her role as Chief Marketing Officer allowed her to master the dynamics of startups while overseeing retail, sales, and marketing departments. The company was acquired in 2021 for over $90 million. 
 
Before joining Fine Fettle, Ashley held key leadership positions as Head of Business Development and Head of Marketing at award-winning cannabis companies in New England. She is known for her expertise in scaling startups within the cannabis industry, with a focus on strategic growth, change management, organizational psychology, and operational efficiency.
