Martin Stensaas

I offer coaching and consulting to help clients balance their internal agendas with a deeper sense of purpose. My focus is on spiritual integration and creative ways of relating to oneself, and in one’s relations with others. I use Internal Family Systems principles to help clients creatively connect with their inner resilience and compassion. I also offer support for those seeking to prepare for and integrate their journeys in non-ordinary states of consciousness.
Originally, I have a wide background in the humanities focusing on cultural trends in art and design. Mid-career, I focused on clinical patient care and diagnostics in medically and socially complex settings. More recently I have worked with Internal Family Systems, and with Sunny Strasburg LMFT, author of the Theradelic Approach. I collaborate with her clinical and creative efforts and writing. I am based in Salt Lake City and support clients in person and via zoom.
I enjoy hiking, reading, writing, and futurism.
