A global expert in strategic use of music and sound, Gus has worked with many of the world’s leading brands to craft and implement iconic sonic identities, music campaigns, and product sound design all over the globe. From developing the ubiquitous sound of TikTok, to working across FMCG for brands like Kona Big Wave and Colgate, to sports broadcasts such as the Rugby World Cup, his work has been heard by (literally) billions of people, and has shaped the way brands unlock the power of music and sound today. Gus was recently awarded Campaign Mag’s ‘Faces To Watch 2023’ amongst industry awards such as Clios, Transform, D&AD, Red Dot, and regularly contributes thought leadership to outlets like BBC, WARC, and MusicRadar. Gus has a particular interest in exploring emerging technologies, interactive design, and finding creative ways humans can interact with machines. When not involved in sound strategy, he’s usually involved in high-adrenaline sports.
