He also served as President of his university's campus programming board that provided exposure to deal making and collaborating with both agents, managers, and globally renowned talent. Telford's professional career took off in 2014 when he joined the Creative Artists Agency (CAA) At CAA, Telford quickly distinguished himself through his work ethic, dedication, and perspective on talent representation.

After making a significant impact at CAA, Telford transitioned to United Talent Agency (UTA), where he took on a pivotal role in the Culture & Commerce and UTA Speakers divisions.
