Russ Harris

Operations, Finance, & Division Leader with over 30 years experience and 17 years as an Executive in the SaaS & Network Equipment businesses. Primary successes include general management, finance, account management, manufacturing, HW & SW development, professional services, world-wide distribution, product quality, technical support, project management, strategic sourcing and cost reduction.

Having been a leader through four separate company acquisition and integration initiatives, I have developed deep experience in the strategy, structure, and playbook needed to navigate the challenges and issues facing both the acquiring company as well as the acquired company. Most recently working for Cisco, I lead multiple efforts to integrate the acquisitions of Viptela and AppDynamics.

Building on my Bachelors & Masters Degrees in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University, I have broad experience in the core operational challenges facing SW & HW technology companies. Outside the workplace my passions are in swimming, water skiing, rowing, and all water based activities. I also enjoy golf, tennis, and snow skiing.
