Ruby Sunshine Taylor

Ruby "SunShine" Taylor, MSW, is the UnConventional CEO and Founder of Financial Joy School, a virtual platform providing financial education and investment tools to Black and Brown youth and their families. A double HBCU alumna (Howard University and Virginia Union University), Ruby advocates for closing the racial wealth gap. A traumatic brain injury survivor, Ruby is a disabled Black, lesbian, mother, and friend committed to equality and justice. She has partnered with brands like Wells Fargo and Trust & Will and has been featured in The Motley Fool, Inc.com, and Forbes. Ruby's bestseller, "The UnConventional CEO: How to Build Wealth & Joy In The Face of Adversity," underscores her mission. Originally from the Bronx, NY, Ruby resides in Baltimore, MD.
