Rob Auritt
Robert Auritt is a trusted strategic advisor and outside general counsel with a wealth of experience providing practical legal solutions to a wide array of clients across the sports, entertainment, creative, and technology industries. In 2023 and 2024 The Hollywood Reporter named Rob to its annual list of New York Entertainment "Power Lawyers”.
Rob previously served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel to Comcast Spectacor, where he worked across the company’s portfolio of professional sports, esports, event, and venue holdings, including the Philadelphia Flyers of the National Hockey League, the Philadelphia Fusion of the Overwatch League, and the Spectra-branded venue management, food services, sports partnerships, and ticketing companies.
Rob is the former lead digital media lawyer for Comcast/ NBC Sports Group. He was a senior associate in the intellectual property group at Pepper Hamilton (now Troutman Pepper Locke), and prior to that was Senior Counsel at the Harry Fox Agency, Inc., the primary agent for music publishers' mechanical reproduction rights in the United States.
