Lily McClure

Lily McClure’s career has been wholly focused on finding creative solutions where businesses, the people they employ and the communities in which they exist can thrive. The guiding belief underlying this work is that all people deserve the chance to reach their fullest potential, and this has served as her north star throughout her career. 
Lily had the fortune to start her career at an innovative, talent development focused, management and technology consulting firm, Pariveda. During her tenure, Lily helped launched and lead a new practice focused on helping clients change their business by putting people at the center of it, through a focus the employee experience. 
With a desire to develop cross sector experience, Lily left the world of consulting to take on a new challenge in the public sector. She currently leads workforce strategy and innovation as the Workforce Director at the Texas Department of State Health Services. Funded by the groundbreaking Public Health Infrastructure Grant (PHIG), her mandate is to strengthen the public health workforce by developing strategies in the areas of recruitment, retention, and enablement.
Lily is active in her community through her roles as President-Elect for Generation SERVE and as Workforce Development Lead at Social Venture Partners. In these roles, she is focused on empowering others to find their paths to impact.
