Katy Rudd is a technology leader with 15+ years of experience in developing and launching digital transformation strategies. Guiding transformative business solutions at Salesforce, her expertise in CPQ technologies and process improvement shapes her approach to optimizing customer experiences and operational efficiency. Her experience has honed her ability to align technological capabilities with strategic business objectives, resulting in enhanced revenue growth and business agility.

She advises and mentors those at inflection or transition points in their career journeys, both on what paths are open to them and a roadmap to get there. Most recently, she is teaching others how to best utilize AI related tools for both understanding AI impacts to job roles and for income creation. 

Katy has a Bachelor's of Science, earned numerous professional certifications in Salesforce, Agile, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) from the Business Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
