I’m passionate about bringing user experience practices to product development and employee experiences.  

As a design leader, I have a track record of standing up new teams and integrating new competencies into large B2B organizations. I’ve led user-centric transformations across triads (UX + developers + product managers). I’ve cross-department cultural changes to break down silos and create a norm of ""Ideas from Anywhere”. 

As a manager, I continuously look for innovative ways to support individuals in their career. For individuals, I create frameworks that promote continuous growth and momentum in between and through title promotions. For product teams, I help groups discover purpose by connecting them to their impact on end users. For organizations, I integrate new skills and, when necessary, new roles. 

I am an engineer by training who found my calling in the design space over a decade ago. I am curious to learn how others work and am energized by applying those insights into my work.
