Jacqueline Ruiz

Hi, I'm Jackie, an analyst based in Calabasas, CA, dedicated to using my skills to improve patient outcomes and quality of care.

As a Client Coordinator at Elevation Behavioral Health, I manage schedules for our care team and our patients. I ensure smooth operations, conduct audits, and review charts for timeliness. My previous roles have honed my skills in creating BI dashboards, cleaning data, and developing apps for patient engagement.

I also serve as the VP of Social Media for the HIMSS Central Texas Chapter. I participate in leadership board meetings, manage our social media presence and maintain our website using HTML and Java. I hold a Bachelor's in Health Informatics from Texas State University and an Associate's in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Los Angeles Pierce College.

In my spare time, I work as a freelance web developer. I hold certifications in RHIA, CompTIA Data+, and Six Sigma Green Belt, and I’m committed to ongoing learning by pursuing additional certifications.
