Elizabeth is a passionate beauty industry expert with a proven track record in product leadership, analytics, and ecommerce strategy. She is currently responsible for enhancing the global online experience across a portfolio of Estée Lauder brands, and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.

Elizabeth also has experience as a founder in the fashion industry. In 2020, she launched NativeGood, an ecommerce company dedicated to reducing clothing waste. NativeGood partnered with local thrift stores across America during the pandemic shutdowns by allowing stores to reach audiences online through curated bundles of excess clothing.

Earlier in her career, Elizabeth was an integral part of Clearhead, a startup agency that specialized in serving DTC clients. She provided testing roadmaps and product developments for a diverse range of renowned fashion and beauty brands, including Adidas, Reebok, Paula’s Choice, New Balance, and Ulta. Clearhead's remarkable growth led to its acquisition by Accenture in 2017, further solidifying Elizabeth's expertise and industry standing.

As a mentor in the fashion and beauty industry, Elizabeth is dedicated to sharing her wealth of knowledge and experiences, empowering aspiring professionals to navigate the ever-evolving landscape.
