Dr. Jasmonae Joyriel

Dr. Jasmonae Joyriel is a licensed psychologist who specializes in friendships, relationships, dating and sex. She's spent nearly a decade studying how past experiences impact what we need (as humans) and how we get it. She attended Spelman College before receiving her M.A. from Northwestern University and her PsyD from the University of Denver.

From mental health centers and VA hospitals to private practice, she has been given a behind-the-scenes look at how the past is interwoven with the present and the toll it can take on one's ability to thrive.
