Noren Ximena Cardenas Luna

I started in the music industry as a singer and songwriter 15 years ago, developing international connections thanks to my academic training in Los Angeles, CA, and London, UK. In 2015, I began a Bachelor's degree in Music Business, where I had the opportunity to acquire knowledge in intellectual property, marketing, management, music production, event production, public relations, among other areas. My professional experience is focused on artist development, as I have worked with emerging artists independently, complemented by part-time roles in management agencies. In 2023, I joined the ONErpm Mexico team as a hip-hop project management intern, was part of the press and public relations team, and am currently an A&R for Mexican Music at ONErpm Mexico.
