Talia Rubino

Talia Rubino is an accomplished music executive with 16 years in Sync Licensing. She started her music career as an intern, then eventually hired a year later at Warner Music Group in the sync & licensing dept. While there she handled sync for the label catalogs and frontline artists. In 2013 her team merged with Warner Chappell publishing where she spent the next 10 years working closely with songwriters and A&R to find sync opportunities.

Talia joined Nettwerk Music Group in February 2024 as the global Head of Sync to oversee the creative and licensing across all medias. Working closely with their roster of independent and up & coming artists to secure sync placements and negotiate fees for their songs in Film, TV, Trailers, Commercials, Video Games, and Sports programming. She has expansive knowledge of the sync landscape, strong relationships in the community, an understanding of the various sync deal types, and a keen ear to find the right song for the right projects. She is a proactive leader that aims to inspire, motivate and empower her team.
