Adrian Lopez
Adrián López is a Multimedia Communication Engineer from the University of Guadalajara (UdG). For over 10 years, he has specialized in emerging technologies for the media and entertainment (M&E) industry, gaining extensive experience in training, evaluating, and implementing projects in XR (extended realities), the metaverse, virtual production, and artificial intelligence. He works as a consultant, speaker, and specialized producer.
As the Director of Epicentro GIFF—the innovation section of the Guanajuato International Film Festival—Adrián has driven content exhibitions, community building, networking events, and public policy initiatives with an eco-social impact, uniting diverse technological fields. He is also the founder of XRLiveMx, an innovation hub and creative community that brings together creators and experts in innovation for the M&E sector.
In his current role as Public Policy Advisor in Technology for Aurora Policy Solutions, he leverages his extensive experience to craft value propositions at the intersection of emerging technologies and the public agenda, benefiting society by driving digital transformation to meet the evolving needs of a rapidly changing world.
