Addy Ruth

My name is Addy Ruth and I am a Lead Product Designer at Target. I've been in the design industry for 15 years, working as a web developer before transitioning into UX/Product Design. With Target, I lead our internal robotics and automation team in the logistics space, working to help our middle mile supply chain optimize warehouses for efficiency. I also volunteer as a UX Mentor with Austin Digital Jobs, the largest Austin technology network and Girlstart, an after school program targeting the education of young women in STEM. Helping the industry grow, especially for women in technology, is one of my greatest passions.
