Sam Dorison

Sam Dorison is a national expert in AI strategy and product launches in sensitive environments such as mental health. He is the Cofounder of ReflexAI, a technology organization that brings AI tools to emergency dispatch, crisis response, and healthcare organizations. Since launching in 2022, ReflexAI has worked with large partners (including the Department of Veterans Affairs) and smaller organizations (including local crisis lines). In 2024, Fast Company recognized ReflexAI tools as their “World Changing Idea” within Data and AI. Previously, Sam served as Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer at The Trevor Project and volunteered for four years as a crisis counselor. He previously worked at McKinsey & Company and at Harvard’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs.
