Elizabeth (Betsey) Strobl

Betsey Strobl is vice president of talent and organization capability for Trane Technologies. In this role, Betsey is responsible for defining and delivering the company’s global culture and talent strategies, including talent management and acquisition, learning and development, workforce innovation, diversity and inclusion, organization engineering, people analytics and executive recruiting. Along with her workforce innovation team, Betsey also leads enterprise-wide strategic people initiatives that drive growth and deliver on the company’s Opportunity for All commitment. Betsey holds a Master of Science in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Journalism and Mass Communication from Iowa State University.
