Melanie has deep expertise in scaling high-growth companies through periods of transformation, having served as COO & CFO at fertility tech company TMRW Life Sciences; CFO at Refinery29; and SVP at Everyday Health Group. She started her career as a technology and media investment banker at J.P. Morgan.
