Donald Passman

Donald S. Passman heads the music group for Gang, Tyre, Ramer, Brown & Passman. where he represents some of the top musicians in the world including Taylor Swift, Adele, Billie Eilish, Elton John, Stevie Wonder, Paul Simon and others. Passman has practiced law and specialized in the music business for over 40 years.

Passman is the author of “All You Need To Know About The Music Business”, now in its 11th edition, and which was called “the industry Bible” by the Los Angeles Times.

He has been listed in the Best Lawyers in America for over thirty years, as well as Billboard's Power 100 in the Music Business, Hollywood Reporter’s Top 100 Entertainment Attorneys, the Top 100 Lawyers in California, and the Top 500 Attorneys in America.

Passman is a graduate of the University of Texas and Harvard Law School.
