Tania Sarra

Tania has worked as a senior executive in the film industry for 14 years breathing life into projects through content strategies that meet the demands of the global market. In 2020 she founded Hot Sauce, a boutique outfit specializing in Producing, Executive Production and Creative Direction for major film and TV projects. She has held leading roles on sales teams and EP’d their original productions. Prior to forming Hot Sauce, Tania spearheaded all the distribution for MGM Studios across EMEA. The Business of Film named her a top Upcoming Executive, Screen International touted her as a Future Leader. She is a member of the Advisory Board for the London Film Academy, the Advisory Board for the CMPA and has been the Guest of Honour at the Cannes Film Festival’s Producers Breakfast.
