Ana Kirova

Ana Kirova is the CEO of Feeld, a progressive dating app where the open-minded meet the like-minded. Ana began her career in design and branding before moving into product leadership. She joined Feeld in 2016 and became its Chief Product Officer in 2020, and eventually the CEO in 2021. Under her leadership, Feeld has seen significant growth and innovation; over 50% growth in Members year-over-year, triple-digit growth in revenue for three consecutive years and launching progressive initiatives like the Baseline Freedom Salary of $80K (£60K) for all employees. She holds a Graphic Design degree from the University of Greenwich followed by an MBA at Imperial College Business School.
