
Naji Grampus
Naji Grampus serves as The Orchard’s Vice President, Urban Strategy, and has strategically developed the company’s hip-hop roster since 2019. Grampus works closely with Joyner Lucas and his label Twenty Nine Music, and was instrumental in leading the digital strategies for releases like Nas’ King's Disease III album, and Lojay’s “Monalisa” Remix ft. Sarz and Chris Brown. Most recently, Grampus brought Top Dawg Entertainment and The Orchard together for a global distribution deal, partnering with artists such as SiR, Fivio Foreign, LVRN, among others.
In 2023, Grampus launched his own record label 24/8 Music Group. Beyond The Orchard, Grampus hosts Cigar Talk, which is his unfiltered interview series distributed by Elliott Wilson’s Rap Radar.
