Lyric Metroplos

Lyric Metroplos, Senior Design Researcher at H-E-B Digital in Austin, Texas, champions equitable design and research-driven change. Her diverse background spans food and healthcare startups, collaborations with the US government and USC on health campaigns, addressing health disparities in marginalized communities. A former mentor for UT's UX boot camp, Austin Design Week volunteer, and recipient of QRCA's young professional grant, she remains active in the design research community. Currently pursuing an MS in Strategic Foresight from the University of Houston, she melds futures methodologies with UX research to tackle complex societal challenges. This multifaceted experience fuels her innovative approach at H-E-B.
