Will Harris

Will Harris is a fourth-generation cattleman and the owner of White Oak Pastures, a 156-year-old family farm located in Bluffton, Georgia. In the mid-90s, he became disenchanted with industrialized practices like pesticides, herbicides, hormones, and antibiotics, and he made the bold decision to return to the farming methods his great-grandfather had used 130 years before. Will’s “radically traditional farming” focuses on regenerative land management, and humane animal husbandry.
