Ashley Rios Vazquez

Ashley Rios-Vazquez is a Santa Barbara-raised, LA-based filmmaker and producer. She has worked at Riot Games for the past 14 years, starting in recruiting before moving to the documentary team, where she made player-centric documentaries around the world. In addition to directing CHASE YOUR LEGENDS, a hybrid animated / live action gaming documentary series, Ashley was a producer on the global documentary series LEGENDS RISING and executive producer on LEAGUE OF LEGENDS ORIGINS, a Netflix documentary feature film by Oscar-nominated director Leslie Iwerks.

In 2019, Ashley joined Riot Games' burgeoning film and TV team, straddling both live action and animation. Most notably, she produced the record-breaking, Shorty Award-winning K/DA - POP/STARS music video, which garnered over half a billion views on YouTube.

Ashley is currently Riot Games' Principal Creative Development / Executive Producer. She develops animated TV and film projects with Riot Games' Emmy Award-winning partners Fortiche - the animation studio behind Netflix hit series ARCANE. Ashley has served as a panelist at Tribeca Games and for LatinX in Animation. She loves her puppy, Gia, spending quality time with family + friends, hiking with wolves, traveling to new places, pop culture, music history / music documentaries and music icons like Prince, Beyonce & Selena!
