Francisco redefines the blueprint for inclusive design. As an occupational therapist, he bridges occupational science and architecture to transform spaces into places for meaningful activity engagement. His clinical experience with diverse individuals allows him to interface between architects and users to create inclusive environments. His expertise in occupation-centered design helps designers build supportive and inspiring spaces.

Francisco leads his team's Inclusive Design Guidelines and creates pathways for occupational therapy students to gain the necessary experience and equip them to be significant contributors to the design of the built environment. Adding a creative edge, he is also trained in improv at The Second City Training Center, bringing a fresh, adaptable, and people-centered approach to every project.
