Ruben Segarra, PE, is a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager with over 20 years of expertise in the construction industry. Based in Puerto Rico, Ruben holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidad Politecnica de Puerto Rico. His extensive skill set includes proficiency in AutoCAD, Operations Management, Drainage, Project Coordination, and Contract Management. Ruben has held significant roles such as Principal, Quality Control Manager, and Technical Services Manager at esteemed companies like McCarthy Improvement, Italcementi, and GE. Currently, he serves as the Principal at Segarra Engineering & Consulting Group, PSC, where he continues leveraging his comprehensive construction background to drive quality and efficiency.
