John Howard

John Howard is the Director of Government Affairs for Dell Technologies in Round Rock, Texas. He develops public policy positions with Dell’s business leaders and advocates for them with government officials. Previously, he held senior policy positions in the White House and Texas Governor’s Office on environmental, natural resource, and energy issues and worked for law firms in Washington, D.C., and Austin. John has served as Chair of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s National Advisory Council on Environmental Policy and Technology, and on the boards of the Round Rock Chamber of Commerce, Baylor University’s College of Arts & Sciences, the University of Texas’ Environmental Science Institute, and the Boy Scouts Capitol Area Council’s STEM Corporate Engagement Council.
