Esteban Lecoq

Esteban, a French choreographer, dancer, and Co-founder & Co-Artistic Director of AΦE, has worked with renowned companies including Johannes Wieland Dance Company, Jasmin Vardimon Company, and Punchdrunk. He began choreographing in 2008 alongside his performing career. In 2016, he co-founded AΦE with Aoi Nakamura. Based between the UK and France, AΦE pioneers Virtual and Augmented Reality in dance, touring to 15 countries and 60+ venues, engaging over 21,000 live audiences worldwide. In 2021, AΦE became associate artists of iCCi at the University of Kent and launched A+E Lab, reaching 51,000 participants in Kent. Their latest work, LILITH.AEON, an AI-driven XR dance production, premieres in October 2024.
