Angie Nelson

Angie Nelson has advanced significantly during her 20-year career at Hy-Vee, Inc., starting in 2001 as a registered pharmacist before becoming a pharmacy manager. She has held key management positions across the company, including store director and pharmacy supervisor, and later served as Assistant VP of Pharmacy Fulfillment and Retail Pharmacy for the Northern region. In 2017, she was promoted to Group VP of Retail Pharmacy Operations, followed by a promotion to VP of Pharmacy Operations in 2018, where she also took on health and wellness business development. Angie is currently the Senior Vice President of Pharmacy at Hy-Vee. Angie contributes to the advancement of the pharmacy sector through her role on the College of Pharmacy Executive Leadership Board at the University of Iowa.
