Anurag Bajpayee

Anurag Bajpayee is the Co-Founder and CEO of Gradiant, a global leader in advanced water treatment solutions. Since Gradiant’s founding in 2013, Anurag has led the company to become the world’s first unicorn in water and wastewater treatment, with over $400 million raised for water innovation and sustainability. At Gradiant’s helm, Anurag and his team have helped Fortune 500 companies and the world’s most critical industries reduce, reduce, reclaim, and renew water. The company was recently honored with the “Water Company of the Year” award at the GWI Global Water Summit 2024. Anurag holds a PhD and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, where his work on industrial desalination was recognized as a “Top 10 World Changing Idea” by Scientific American.
