Tatum Neill
Tatum Neill is a hair activist and digital community engineer, best known for founding Elevate Hair Media—a multi-platform brand that fuses hair and makeup artistry with DJ culture. Through Elevate Hair, Tatum has created industry events that blend inspiration, music, performance, and education, fostering creativity and community among hairstylists.
A passionate advocate for textured hair education, Tatum played a key role in passing Louisiana’s CROWN Act, providing key witness testimony before the Louisiana House and Senate. Tatum was also instrumental in rewriting the state board curriculum to include textured hair education, making Louisiana the first state in the country to require training in curly hair.
