Luis Pablo Calvo Rios

Luis is the former VP of NatureSweet's manufacturing in Mexico. He is a senior executive with more than thirty years of experience in the manufacturing area of diverse industries such as consumer goods, food and agriculture. Proven experience in developing multidisciplinary teams that achieve results, such as the delivery of cost deflation (3-4%) year-over-year, through competency development, alignment and commitment to the organization and its stakeholders. He is a leader with skills in managing capital investment projects, new product development, continuous improvement and quality assurance, among others. Passionate about the development of organizational talent, with a congruent, supportive and empathetic style.
