Theresa Neil is the founder and CEO of the award-winning, women-led product design consultancy Guidea and a three-time published O'Reilly author. Named a “Top Designer in Technology” by Business Insider, Theresa works with global pharma, life science, medtech and healthcare companies to design products that measurably improve health outcomes. Notable healthcare/pharma clients include Humana, Cigna, Johnson & Johnson, Amgen, Novo Nordisk, Bristol Meyer Squibb and Roche.

In 2022, Neil embarked on a bold mission to advance the FemTech industry and the wellness of 1 billion women worldwide with the launch of Femovate, her women’s health equity program. To date, Femovate has invested $1.5M+ in services in 50+ femtech startups and has been recognized as a Trailblazer in Women’s Health.
