Heather Cutter is the Chief Growth Officer at Good Culture, the fan-favorite brand who made cottage
cheese sexy. She is responsible for Sales, Marketing and Innovation. Driving all aspects of revenue growth
through a combination of brand building, product innovation, market entry and expansion, her passion is
building and growing purpose-driven challenger brands in CPG.
Prior to Good Culture, Heather has held various growth-related roles at several well-known disruptive
brands. Most recently, she was the Chief Growth Officer at Harmless Harvest, a darling in the plant-based
food and beverage industry renowned for its great-tasting coconut-based products. In her earlier career,
Heather focused on product innovation, driving growth and revenue for early to mid-stage CPG businesses
including Plum Organics, Method Products, and more.
