Alex Gallafent

A senior creative leader at global design firm IDEO, Alex pursues things that can make the future better. He counsels global C-suite leaders, oftentimes by helping them build extraordinary brands, experiences, products, and services. On faculty at IDEO U, where he teaches the Impactful Presentations course, Alex has helped shape IDEO's current thinking on design through strategic futures, for the Climate Era, and alongside emerging technologies. A former global correspondent for US public radio and the BBC, he reported on business, culture, health, climate, and more. Alex is also a performer and composer in theater and improvisation.
