Kirstin Ferguson
Dr Kirstin Ferguson has had a diverse leadership career, first joining the Royal Australian Air Force at 17, training to become an Officer while completing a degree in military history. Kirstin then studied law and became CEO of a global consulting business. After being appointed to her first corporate board at 35, Kirstin spent fifteen years in large public and private company boardrooms, including being appointed Acting Chair of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) by the Australian Prime Minister. Kirstin has a PhD in leadership and culture, is an Adjunct Professor at Queensland University of Technology Business School, and writes a popular weekly column syndicated across Australia’s largest newspapers.
