Michael Bush

Michael C. Bush is the CEO of Great Place To Work, a global research and analytics firm renowned for its Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For list and other workplace rankings. He joined as CEO in 2015, bringing 30 years of experience, including growing Tetra Tech Communications from $40 million to $300 million in revenue. Michael is dedicated to business and equitable treatment. He served on President Obama’s White House Business Council and co-founded Fund Good Jobs, a private equity seed fund investing in inner-city businesses. He was a Board member at Workday, Inc. until September 2021, when Great Place To Work was acquired by UKG, Inc.
